Icoone Body Sculpting
Icoone is a one-of-a-kind body-sculpting system designed in Italy and introduced to the U.S. market in 2017. I was brought on by the first U.S. distributor to build a website and develop a marketing campaign aimed at chiropractors and medspa owners.
At the time, I knew very little about aesthetic treatment technology—except that non-invasive body sculpting was rapidly becoming one of the fastest-growing trends in the U.S. I dove in headfirst, researching every major treatment on the market, learning how they worked, how they were being marketed, and what set each one apart.
Launching Icoone in the U.S. meant doing more than promoting a product—it required educating an entire market. I created content and marketing materials that not only introduced this brand-new technology but also positioned it as a must-have investment for forward-thinking medspa owners. The result was a successful entry into a competitive, trend-driven space—grounded in deep product knowledge and a clear understanding of the audience.
Palm Beach Body Sculpting
As part of the U.S. launch strategy for the Icoone system, we created an added-value offer for new medspa owners and chiropractors: a complete marketing launch to help them attract their first clients. This included website development, social media setup, and PPC campaign management tailored to their local market.
This initiative led to a full-time role as Marketing Director for Palm Beach Body Sculpting—the first U.S. chiropractor to invest in the Icoone system—and ongoing marketing consulting work with several other medspas over the years.
For Palm Beach Body Sculpting, I developed their website from the ground up, wrote all content, launched their social media presence, built an organic following, and designed A/B-tested PPC campaigns. One standout campaign offered a $39 introductory treatment (normally $150), which not only covered the ad spend but attracted a steady stream of new clients. That single campaign has now run successfully for over five years.
Their client base grew from zero to over 2,000—with hundreds of active members returning monthly. As they expanded their treatment offerings, I continued to update their website and messaging to reflect new services. Today, they operate as a thriving, high-retention aesthetic practice—with marketing systems I built still running on autopilot.
SDX Respiratory Gating System, DYN'R Medical US
A French development team created a groundbreaking spirometry-based medical device that significantly improved accuracy in radiation therapy for thoraco-abdominal cancers. To help introduce this innovation to U.S. hospitals and radiologists, I immersed myself in learning everything I could—studying lung, breast, and other thoraco-abdominal cancer treatment protocols, clinical trials, and the differences between proton therapy and conventional radiation.
Although I had no prior background in oncology, I approached the project by imagining the patient experience—what it feels like to receive a life-altering diagnosis and navigate complex treatment decisions. That empathy became the foundation of the messaging strategy.
By reframing the SDX device as an accessible, precision-enhancing upgrade to existing equipment, we appealed directly to providers’ commitment to offering the most accurate and compassionate care possible. The result was a compelling narrative that balanced clinical credibility with emotional resonance—positioning the device as a vital advancement in cancer treatment delivery.

Prestige Medical Travel
Just as Prestige Medical Travel was preparing to launch, COVID-19 halted international travel. I was brought on by the founders to develop a website, social media presence, and a marketing strategy that positioned Colombia as a premier destination for plastic surgery abroad.
With travel restrictions in place, we needed a solution that kept prospective clients engaged during the planning phase of their cosmetic journey. I created a virtual consultation portal and developed custom travel itinerary guides for post-op recovery stays. These initiatives allowed the business to build trust, generate leads, and remain operational—even while global travel was on hold.
Slim Up System
The Slim Up System is a four-part body sculpting and wellness platform that delivers personalized treatments based on body composition analysis and lifestyle data. Originally developed in Italy, it gained popularity as a weight loss solution in Japan.
I was referred to a businessman who had acquired the U.S. distribution rights and was looking to enter the med spa market with two goals: sell the system to med spa owners and launch his own flagship location, with the vision of eventually expanding into a high-end wellness franchise.
With an increasingly saturated market of body sculpting and wellness services, our strategy focused on positioning Slim Up as a “smart” system—emphasizing its advanced technology, real-time customization, and results-oriented design. We differentiated it as the ideal solution for providers seeking to deliver a more personalized, tech-forward experience for their clients.
Foggiare Wellness Center
To validate the Slim Up System’s market potential, the U.S. distributor launched a flagship wellness center in Boca Raton, FL. I partnered with the founder from day one to shape the business concept, design customized treatment programs, and develop a premium pricing model—starting at $3,500 for a 12-week plan.
I then created the full content and marketing strategy to attract high-end clientele, combining targeted PPC campaigns, social media engagement, community outreach, and PR initiatives. The result: the center went from launch to averaging $85K in monthly revenue within its first year. With a proven, profitable concept in place, the owner secured investment to open a second location in St. Petersburg, Florida.
